The waves have been so bad lately. This past Saturday I decided to pack up the Mountain bike and head over to Raleigh to meet up with my friend, surf/mountain bike buddy and patient Bucky Mercado.
Bucky went on a "warm up" 30 mile road ride that morning and them met me for a shred session at the sweet singletrack of Harris Lake in the afternoon. He still outclimbed me despite the road ride 2 hrs earlier.
